TAF Community Learning Ctr. In 2008, the Technology Access Foundation plans to open the 21st Century Community Learning Center in the White Center area of King Country, Wash. The 25,000 sq. ft. community facility is being designed by The Miller|Hull Partnership, in conjunction with Public Architecture.
