Why should I use Cary Communications instead of a large agency?

A majority of companies truly do want to deliver exceptional service at a fair price. So why are consumers so frequently disappointed? We believe it’s because company leaders aren’t aware of what the “customer experience” is like for their own customers. If they did, perhaps they’d invest more in improving the customer experience rather than in hiring an army of customer service agents. At Cary Communications, we get it. We’ve been disappointed by agencies, experts and consultants, so we decided to offer a better alternative.

 

Cost. You’ll get exactly what you want without paying outrageous fees. We have low overhead costs, so you won’t pay to support salaries, advertising, office space, equipment or staff for a large agency.

 

Delight. Our most frequent feedback is simply “WOW.” We aim beyond satisfaction. If you’re not delighted, we will do what it takes to get you there.

 

Experience. With 20+ years of communications expertise, we know what works and what doesn’t. If you need a presentation for an audience of CEOs, you’ll work with someone who truly understands CEOs. We won’t waste your time. We take on only those projects where we can be exceptional. We also know what it’s like to be frustrated with an agency, so we’ve designed our customer experience to be vastly different.

 

Quick Turnaround. We know you needed your presentation yesterday, and we work accordingly. We demonstrate a sense of urgency, and do not over-promise what we cannot deliver.

 

Reliability. It’s easy to reach us. You will get a response quickly. If we tell you you’ll have it tomorrow, you’ll have it tomorrow…if not sooner. You’ll work with the same experienced designer each time, not a revolving door of trainees.

 

Ease. You will engage directly with your designer or consultant. There’s is no middleman. You won’t get passed to a inexperienced underling. You won’t have to explain and re-explain your needs multiple times.

 

Self-service. We provide our files in a format you can edit yourself later on. You don’t have to come back to us each time you want to change a word or remove a paragraph.

 

Freedom. You don’t have to subscribe to our services or pay ongoing fees. If you decide you want to stop a project halfway through, you simply pay for the work that has already been done. If you want a different design, just say so. If you change you mind about something, tell us.

How much do you charge?

Like most other service companies, we don’t have one-size-fits-all pricing. We need to learn a bit more about what you want to accomplish. Skills involved in developing content are different from those related to layout, graphic design, coaching, consulting, etc. You wouldn’t hire a surgeon to put on a band-aid, so why pay for one? We match your goals with our skills.

A simple phone call is all it takes to get a quote. We are not sales people. We don’t require that you hire us for an ongoing monthly fee.

How do I know if I can afford your services?

Projects can range from several hundred dollars to several thousand dollars. We work within your budget. If you have a smaller budget, we simply spend less time on your project and do what we can within your budget. You will receive a written quote in advance that explains exactly what we will do before we do it.

How quickly can you create a presentation?

Our goal is to deliver exactly what you want when you want it. Whether that means the same day, week or month, we will let you know ahead of time how long it will take to complete your project. We work quickly, yet always deliver quality work.

What if I don’t like your work?

Our work is guaranteed. That’s why we check in with you to make sure we’re headed in the right direction before devoting a lot of time to finish your project. If you decide not to use it, you don’t pay for it.
